MasterChef Live 2011 is over. Thanks to those that came and cooked up a storm, or watched their favourite chef or contestant in action, with over 185 cooking demonstrations over 3 days there were some stand out moments including-

Adriano Zumbo's chocolate fried eggs and bacon and Matt Kemp deconstructing a pig's head at the How to table.
